Numerical simulation of the effect of rib spacing on the heat transfer performance of micro pin-fin heat sink

چکیده
Abstract This paper aims to deeply understand the influence of different columnar rib spacing on comprehensive thermal hydraulic performance miniature radiator, and further explore flow heat density Taking 10 radiator models as research objects, single-phase transfer process square was studied. The experimental results show that for kinds radiators, relationship between maximum temperature difference at bottom ribbed substrate will change with temperature, linear arrangement cross arrangement.The minimum values are, respectively, when longitudinal is 0.75mm 0.25 mm, transverse 0.5 mm 1.25 mm.
